Booking terms & conditions

Booking
- Bookings must be confirmed by email
- Room bookings should be secured by MasterCard or Visa payment
- A deposit of one room night, per room, will be taken to secure the booking
- Room deposits are fully refundable up to 5 days before arrival in case of cancelation
- Deposits are non refundable after 5 days before the booked arrival date
- Customers are advised to re-confirm their booking 1 week prior to arrival

Room Rates
- Rooms will be charged at the advertised rates for the specified number of guests
- Additional single beds are available in family rooms only, these are charged at $7.50 per night
- Additional room guests are charged at $7.50 per night
- Breakfast is included in the advertised room rate for the specified number of guests

General terms
- Reef Resort accepts no liability for personal loss or injury on the premises
- We accept no liability for loss of personal property from Resort property
- We accept no liability for loss of or from bikes, motorbikes or other vehicles left on the premises
- Customers are advised to arrange suitable health and property insurance
- Customers are requested to supervise children, especially around the swimming pool - there is no lifeguard on duty
- Reef Resort is a ChildSafe hotel, we advise customers to read the Child Safe Hotel Policy
- Damage to rooms or Reef Resort property may be chargeable
