The Mexican is the newest addition to the Resort, choose from authentic Mexican, Western and Khmer food cooked to a very high standard.

We are proud to support the local economy and local charities such as Starfish when sourcing our kitchen ingredients and our fresh fish supports the traditional local fishing community. Many of our premium and more unusual ingredients are sourced further a field with quality steaks and meats imported from Australia, Monterey Jack cheese from Mexico and premium vegetables from rural Cambodia and Vietnam.
