Reef Resort has seven room types with a straightforward no surprises price policy.
Garden room
The garden room is a double room on the ground floor between the pool and the restaurant bar, it is slightly smaller than the other ground floor rooms. (Adding an extra bed for a child or a baby cot is not available in this room.)
Pool view rooms
These four double rooms are on the first floor. They open onto a balcony overlooking the swimming pool.
Poolside room
These four double rooms are on the ground floor overlooking the swimming pool. Each room opens onto a private small terrace with seating and table.
Poolside Suite room
This spacious double room overlooks the swimming pool. The room contains a DVD player and a seating area.
Poolside Twin room
This spacious room contains two double beds and is able to accommodate up to 4 guests. The room contains a DVD player and a seating area.
Ground floor Family room
These two spacious rooms are custom-designed for families with a larger bathroom, fitted wardrobes and a private terrace with seating area overlooking the swimming pool. They contain two double beds, a DVD player, and can accommodate up to four guests.
First floor Family Apartment
Our Family Apartment is one of the only family apartments available in Sihanoukville. This apartment is custom-designed for families with a master spacious bedroom and second smaller room with a communicating large bathroom. Each room has a cable TV, a wardrobe and an independent air-conditioning. The smaller bedroom contains also a DVD player. The room opens onto a large first floor private balcony overlooking the swimming pool.

Rates
Terms & Conditions
Bookings
- Check In time: 14h00 (2:00 PM) Check Out time: 12h00 (Midday)
- Bookings must be confirmed by email along with customer’s name, address and telephone number.
- Customers have to re-confirm their booking one week prior to arrival.
- We hold unsecured rooms until 16:00 on the day of arrival, please advise us if you intend to check in late.
- No pets allowed.
Room Rates
- Rooms will be charged at the advertised rates for the specified number of guests.
Standard rooms sleep up to two adults.
- Additional single beds for children are available and are charged at $10 per night.
- Additional room guests are charged at $10 per night.
- Breakfasts are included for the advertised room rate for a specified number of guests.
General Terms
- Reef Resort accepts no liability for personal loss or injury on the premises.
- We accept no liability for loss of personal property from the Resort property.
- We accept no liability for loss of bikes, motorbikes or other vehicles left on the premises.
- Customers are advised to arrange suitable health and property insurance.
- Customers are requested to supervise children, especially around the swimming pool - there is no lifeguard on duty.
- Reef Resort is a ChildSafe hotel, we advise customers to read the Child Safe Hotel Policy.
- Damage to rooms or Reef Resort property may be chargeable.
